With over 25 years in the corrosion control and protective coatings industry, our technicians have the knowledge to advise on recommended surface preparation and coating application methods/systems.
Our 12m x 7m blasting and coating bay allows us to complete jobs of all sizes, for all industries including commercial, industrial, domestic, rail, and mining.

Our Process
1. Prep
Initial prep usually starts with unloading/setting up equipment to be blasted followed by masking any sensitive areas. Pressure washing/degreasing to AS1627.1 depending upon specification requirements.
2. Blast
Items are blasted to either a class 2, 2.5 or 3 (AS 1627.4) with a specific surface profile. We use high-grade steel, aluminium oxide, garnet, or glass bead media.
3. Paint
Paint is applied to the manufacturer's specification. Wet Film Thickness (WFT) monitoring is used during the process to ensure correct Dry Film Thickness (DFT).
