Aeroblast Abrasive Blasting has been in operation since 1998 offering Abrasive Blasting and Protective Coating Services. These many years have provided our company with the knowledge and experience that is required to provide a service that is second to none in the on-site blasting and painting industry. During this time we have been able to provide New South Wales with many different mobile sandblasting services such as Concrete sandblasting, timber sandblasting, brickwork sandblasting, automotive sandblasting, swimming pool sandblasting, steel sandblasting, dustless sandblasting, protective coating application just to name a few!
We operate a state of the art mobile fleet of sandblasting and protective coating application units that have the ability to operate using either dry abrasive grit blasting technologies on all surfaces and wet blasting/dustless blasting technologies on non-metal surfaces. This allows us to accommodate all types of projects for every client.

Since the conception of our on-site blasting and painting company every member of our team has worked tirelessly to earn our great reputation and the trust of our large client base. Our sandblasting services are required in many industries across New South Wales:

  • Civil: From civil equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders or trucks to pipes, tunnels or tanks. Concrete sandblasting in parks, reserves or public area to provide an exposed aggregate, non-slip finish
  • Marine: We offer a marine restoration service in Sydney, removing paint, antifoul, barnacles, algae or other surface contaminants from boats of all sizes or other marine structures.
  • Industrial: Our industrial sandblasting crew specialises in industrial sandblsting and coating from a quick blast and primer to a class 3 blast followed by a 3 coat system, we do it all!
  • Commercial: We undergo many small and large commercial restoration projects throughout Sydney every year, from stripping back timber truss to paint removal of brickwork. Both heritage listed and non heritage listed sites.
  • Mining: Small to large mining equipment, crushing equipment and in-situ plants can be sandblasted and painted to minimise downtime and costly repairs.
  • Building and construction: From small to large building sites we can accommodate the entire construction industry.
  • Shutdowns: At Aeroblast we work around the clock to ensure all deadlines are met even when it means working Christmas Eve.

Our experienced on-site sandblasters will never use silica based products as they pose a great health risk to the operator and his or her surroundings, alternatively we will use a range of hand selected silica FREE abrasive blast media to complete each project. We use absolutely no hazardous, harmful or toxic chemicals in any of our mobile sandblasting process or services. p
